Welcome to BetMGM Canada. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including betmgm casino, sportsbook and poker products, whether accessed through our website, the betmgm app or any related platform. By creating an account with us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. BetMGM is an indirect, partially-owned subsidiary joint venture of MGM Resorts International, marketed under brands owned by MGM. Together with MGM and Entain plc, we form the Affiliate Group referenced throughout these terms.

In Ontario, our services are conducted and managed by iGaming Ontario (iGO), an agency of the Government of Ontario. We are appointed and authorized by iGO to operate on its behalf, registered with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) as a Sports Wagering Operator under the Gaming Control Act, 1992. Our betting platform is independently tested by a laboratory approved by the AGCO, and access requires that you be 19 or older and physically present in Ontario at the time of play.

In Alberta, our services are conducted and managed by the Alberta iGaming Corporation (AiGC). We operate on its behalf under registration with the Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis Commission (AGLC) as an iGaming Operator. Alberta players must be 18 or older and physically located within the province. These Ontario Terms of Service were last updated on 21 April 2026 and are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

Eligibility and Account Registration

You must meet the provincial minimum age and be physically present in the licensed province to use betmgm casino ontario or our Alberta platform. Accounts are province-specific, and we terminate any active wagering session immediately if your device leaves the licensed province. We use technology to verify your location, and any attempt to obscure or falsify your location is strictly prohibited.

• Anyone under the provincial minimum age or subject to self-exclusion or a court restriction
• Our officers, directors, partners, and trade-union executives representing our employees
• Members, directors and employees of the AGCO, OLG and iGO
• Anyone maintaining or repairing gaming equipment for the Affiliate Group
• Employees of the Affiliate Group with privileged access to our gaming systems
• Suppliers and vendors of the Affiliate Group
• Anyone banned or self-limited at any MGM subsidiary or listed on any provincial exclusion register

Deposits and Withdrawals

We require that all transactions on your account be conducted in Canadian dollars. We do not accept foreign currencies, foreign cards or foreign payment methods. Our minimum deposit for the casino new player offer, sports new player offer and poker welcome offer is $10, though minimum and maximum limits vary per method and are displayed on our Cashier page. Prepaid cards and gift cards are capped at 5 cards each, with a cumulative deposit value of $250 per 7 calendar days.

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, Interac e-Transfer, bank wire transfer, PayWithMyBank, MuchBetter, TAPPP and GameOn Card, along with promotional credits and gaming winnings as funding sources. We only accept credit card deposits from the main or joint account holder; deposits from authorized users are returned. We charge no deposit fees, although your card issuer may treat a deposit as a cash advance.

We pay withdrawals to the same method used for your deposit wherever possible. If that method is unavailable, we require a second account with supporting documentation proving legal ownership. Withdrawals to credit cards carry no charge from us, but your bank's own policies may prohibit the transaction or apply administrative fees. Funds tied to an active bonus cannot be withdrawn until you have completed the applicable wagering requirement, and we require that you withdraw back to your original deposit method up to the amount deposited before other options become available.

We apply an internal review period to every withdrawal request, generally completed within 5 business days, though a Security Review may extend this. Where a credit or debit card was used to deposit, we may decline a withdrawal request within 14 days of that deposit. Until we approve and release a withdrawal, we may reverse it back into your account balance, and we may merge multiple pending withdrawal requests.

Bonuses and Promotions

We apply the following general conditions to all bonus offers:

• Each offer may only be used once unless we state otherwise
• We track your active, paused and completed bonuses under your Rewards tab and Bonus Details
• Where multiple bonuses are available, you choose which to play through first

Features such as Cash Out, Auto Cash Out, Edit My Bet, Odds Boost and Same Game Parlay are available on selected markets and are subject to the specific conditions we publish for each. We treat Bonus Bets as bonuses for the purpose of assessing misuse of our promotions.

BetMGM Rewards Loyalty Program

We automatically enroll every account holder in BetMGM Rewards upon registration, and simultaneously in the separate MGM Rewards Program. These are distinct programs with their own terms and point structures, and points are not interchangeable between them, though eligible play at both may count toward tier status. Our tiers, from lowest to highest, are Sapphire, Pearl, Gold, Platinum and the invitation-only NOIR level.

We credit BetMGM Rewards Points for real-money wagering and specific promotions, redeemable in our Rewards Store. Points carry no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred. We do not award points on play funded by restricted bonus balances. Sapphire points expire after 90 days of inactivity, while Pearl, Gold, Platinum and NOIR points expire after 180 days.

Customer Support and Dispute Resolution

If you raise a complaint, we resolve it through our Customer Care Dispute Resolution (CCDR) program within 90 days of becoming aware of the dispute. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect regulatory requirements or changes to our services. We encourage you to review this page periodically. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, unless otherwise required by Alberta regulation for Alberta account holders.
